How can I play?

The basic principle is simple:

1. Find Reisetalers and scan the QR code
2. Scan QR code and record new location
3. Pass on Reisetaler or leave it at a new location

The itinerary of a Reisetaler are publicly available. Everyone can follow the devious paths on which the Reisetaler moves around the world. But only finders with the secret code can write new itinerary entries.

How exactly does it work?

Each Reisetaler has a printed QR code and a PIN number. Scan the QR code with a corresponding app on your phone. The link in the QR code takes you to the Reisetalers website. Enter the secret code of the Reisetaler. You can find this below the QR code on the Reisetaler. You can then enter a new location on the Reisetalers itinerary.

Note: You must never pass on the secret code!
Never write down the secret code or pass it on. This code is only intended for one finder. Do not take photos of the QR code and the secret code and do not share photos of them on social media. If you take photos, make sure that the secret code is never visible!

Put down Reisetaler

A Reisetaler does not stand still. Therefore you have to put it down again. You can put it down anywhere you like. Some people just leave it in the subway or on a park bench. There are no limits to your creativity here.
